This mobility experience has been very rewarding for me. It allowed me to discover a new working environment, broaden my skills and strengthen my adaptability. It also marked an important step in my career path, giving me the opportunity to take on new challenges while continuing my professional development. This move also helped me improve my work-life balance. As I was already working with the Bordeaux team from Nantes, relocating gave me the opportunity to be physically closer to my team, which has been particularly valuable. On a personal level, my partner and I did not really see ourselves settling in Nantes long term.

My journey at Solveo Energies has been particularly rewarding. These career developments have enabled me to build new skills, broaden my understanding of the business and take on greater responsibilities. I particularly appreciated the trust I was given in these new assignments, which played an important role in my professional growth.

Since joining Solveo Energies in May 2019, my internal career development has been a real driver of growth. I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of assignments — from financial analysis to the management of strategic projects, including project finance structuring and supporting fundraising operations. This diversity has allowed me to broaden my perspective, develop valuable versatility and progressively build confidence in my ability to lead structuring projects in a demanding and constantly evolving environment. I am deeply grateful for the trust I have been given at every stage. It has enabled me to grow, take on increasingly significant responsibilities and feel fully legitimate in the challenges entrusted to me. My appointment in January 2024 as Director of Financing and M&A represents the natural outcome of this rich, stimulating and formative journey.
