3. How long is your data kept?

Personal data allowing the identification and targeting of surveys (emails, profiles) are kept on the platform until they are unsubscribed, after which they will be permanently deleted. However, if your account remains inactive for a period of two years, you will be informed by SOLVEO ENERGIES. If you do not act within the specified period, your personal data will be deleted.

The responses provided to surveys carried out by SOLVEO ENERGIES are kept for a period of 3 years, beyond which the data will be deleted.

However, these storage periods may be extended or shortened if:
– You must exercise, under the terms and conditions described below, one of your rights and privileges;
– A longer retention period is authorized or imposed under any legislative or regulatory provision, or to ensure the protection of your rights.

4. Who do we transfer your personal data to?

As well as any other entity part of the SOLVEO Group.

Your personal data is only made accessible when necessary. They may be shared with entities other than SOLVEO ENERGIES, acting as subcontractors, so that they provide services on our behalf. We ask them not to use them for any other purpose.
