A PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) is a contract to buy electricity directly from a producer. In the case of a company buying for its own needs, it is called a “corporate PPA”. When it comes to renewable energy, it is called “green PPA”.
Do you want to increase your purchases of renewable energy to underline your CSR policy (decarbonisation of your consumption, adding up assets whose production you purchase)? In an uncertain environment, do you feel more than ever the need to secure part of your electricity supply at a stable and sustainable price level?
SOLVEO Energies is developing a significant portfolio of wind and photovoltaic projects that will be looking for takers for their output in the coming years. We propose to sell this renewable electricity to buyers with electro-intensive profiles and all the guarantees of financial soundness required by the financing institutions.
The electricity producer is a project company owned by SOLVEO Energies, in which one or more renewable energy production assets are housed. It is not active in the electricity markets.
These corporate PPAs allow you to achieve your energy transition by making strong environmental and social commitments but also support powerful communication with all your stakeholders (clients, employees, partners, etc.).
They also ensure that you control your supply costs in a context of high electricity price volatility: the price will be more competitive the longer you maintain the contract.
