SOLVEO Energies and work equality

The obligation for companies to assess their position in terms of professional equality applies to companies with more than 50 employees. With almost 70 employees, this is also a requirement for SOLVEO Energies.

The better a company performs on the indicators that make up the index, the more points it gets, with a maximum number of 100 points.

The 4 indicators are as follows:

-the gender pay gap for equivalent positions and ages,

-the gap in the rates of individual increases for women and men

-the rate of employees who have received a pay rise after returning from maternity or adoption leave,

– the gender distribution of the 10 highest paid employees.

In 2021, SOLVEO Energies was eligible for the gender equality rating criteria and received an overall score of 82/100. This score is above the required minimum of 75 points, marking an encouraging starting point that underlines SOLVEO Energies’ initial efforts to promote the values of gender equality in its activities.

2022 confirms SOLVEO Energies’ commitments and involvement in deploying the work equality plan with a score of 92/100.
